ਅਨੰਦਪੁਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ/ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ, (ਜੰਗ ਸਿੰਘ): ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਤਲੁਜ ਦਰਿਆ ਨਾਲ ਲਗਦੇ ਰੋਪੜ, ਨਵਾਂ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ, ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰੋਜ਼ਪੁਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂਵਿਚ ਭਾਖੜਾ ਨੰਗਲ ਡੈਮ ਵਿਖੇ ਸਥਿਤ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਾਗਰ ਝੀਲ ਦਾ ਜਲ ਪੱਧਰ ਵਧਣ ਨਾਲ ਹੜ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਖਤਰਾ ਵਧ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸਤਲੁਜ ਦਰਿਆ ’ਚ ਅੱਜ ਸਵੇਰੇ200 ਮੀਟਰ ਲੰਮਾ ਪਾੜ ਪੈ ਗਿਆ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਵੱਡੀ ਮਾਤਰਾ ਵਿਚ ਆਏ ਪਾਣੀ ਨਾਲ ਅਨੰਦਪੁਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਅਧੀਨ ਪੈਂਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਮਟੌਰ, ਬੱਲੋਵਾਲ, ਨਿੱਕੂਵਾਲ,ਹਰੀਵਾਲ, ਗੱੜਪੁਰ ਬੇਲਾ, ਲੋਧੀਪੁਰ, ਮਹਿੰਦਦੀ ਕਲਾਂ ਆਦਿ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਏਕੜ ਖੜ੍ਹੀ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਫਸਲ ਤਬਾਹ ਹੋ ਗਈ। ਇਲਾਕਾ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਕਈ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਖੇਤਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਦਰਿਆ ਦਾ ਪਾਣੀ ਵਹਿ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਫਸਲਾਂ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਬਰਬਾਦ ਹੋ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਖੇਤਾਂਵਿਚ ਪਾਣੀ ਭਰਿਆ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਪਸ਼ੂਆਂ ਲਈ ਚਾਰੇ ਦਾ ਸੰਕਟ ਵੀ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਭਾਖੜਾ ਬਿਆਸ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਬੋਰਡ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਇਕ ਸੰਕਟਕਾਲੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਸੱਦੀ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਲ ਲਗਦੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਪੇਸ਼ਹੜ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਤਰਾ ’ਤੇ ਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਚਾਰਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ। ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਦੇਰ ਰਾਤ ਤੱਕ ਭਾਖੜਾ ਡੈਮ ਵਿਚ ਜਲ ਭੰਡਾਰ ਦਾ ਪੱਧਰ 1,673.46 ਫੁੱਟ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਇਕ ਫੁੱਟ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਚੌਵੀ ਘੰਟੇ ਦੀ ਔਸਤ ਨਾਲ ਵਧ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।ਬਿਆਸ ਦਰਿਆ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਪਾਣੀ ਦਾ ਪੱਧਰ ਵਧ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਗੁਰਦਾਸਪੁਰ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦੇ ਸਰਹੱਦੀ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਹੜ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਖਤਰਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਭਾਖੜਾ ਡੈਮ ’ਤੇ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ 1680 ਫੁੱਟ ਦੀ ਉਚਾਈ ਤੱਕ ਪਾਣੀ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਭੰਡਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਖੜਾ ਬਿਆਸਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਬੋਰਡ 21 ਅਗਸਤ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਤਕਰੀਬਨ 40 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਕਿਊਸਿਕ ਪਾਣੀ ਛੱਡ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਖਤਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਟਾਲਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ। ਬੋਰਡ ਦੇਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿਚ ਭਾਰੀ ਵਰਖਾ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ 75 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਤੋਂ 80 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਕਿਊਸਿਕ ਪਾਣੀ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਡੈਮ ਵਿਚ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।ਪੰਜਾਬ, ਹਰਿਆਣਾ, ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਜਲ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਭਾਖੜਾ ਬਿਆਸ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਬੋਰਡ ਗੰਭੀਰਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਸਿੰਚਾਈ ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰ ਅਮਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੁੱਲਟ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਹੜ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਨਜਿੱਠਣ ਲਈ ਬਚਾਅ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਕਰ ਲਏ ਹਨ। ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਆਮ ਵਰਗੇ ਹਨ। ਸਾਰਾ ਕੁੱਝ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਪਹਾੜੀ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਵਰਖਾ ’ਤੇ ਨਿਰਭਰਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸਾਰੇ ਸੰਵੇਦਨਸ਼ੀਲ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀਆਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਦੀਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ’ਤੇ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਰੱਖ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਗੁਆਂਢੀ ਸੂਬੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਯਮੁਨਾਨਗਰ , ਕਰਨਾਲ, ਸੋਨੀਪਤ, ਪਾਨੀਪਤ, ਫਰੀਦਾਬਾਦ ਅਤੇ ਪਲਵਲ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਹੜ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਖਤਰਾਬਣਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿਚ ਯਮੁਨਾ ਨਦੀ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਖਤਰੇ ਦੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਵਹਿ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਯਮੁਨਾ ਦਰਿਆ ਵਿਚ ਆਏ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਉਫਾਨ ਕਾਰਨਕੋਈ ਜਾਨੀ ਮਾਲੀ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਖਬਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਸਿੰਚਾਈ ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰ ਹਰਮੇਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਹ ਵੀਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਯਮੁਨਾਨਗਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਕੁੱਝ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਫਸਲਾਂ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਮਾਰ ਹੇਠ ਆ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ।
