Add half table spoon of honey, paste of 8-10 basil leaves (Tulsi Patte) and 3-4 drops of lemon in slightly warm water. Take this daily in morning hours.
Add one table spoon of lime juice, very small pieces of ginger and bit of rock-salt. Take this within 5-10 minutes of your meals. This helps in better digestion of food.
Add walking to your daily routine. Start walking for 15-30 minutes a day, and continue this for 2-3 months to see the results. Brisk walking would give better results than normal walking.
After getting up in morning, take following on empty stomach – Juice of half lemon and one table spoon of honey in a glass of warm water. Continue this for 2-3-4 months, it is said to be really effective combination against obesity.
Always ensure to have breakfast and that too within 1.5-2 hours after you wake up. Breakfast is very important to refill your body with needed energy, after a long gap of dinner/sleep.
Avoid escalator/elevator as far as possible. Stairs should always be used for going down. Try using them if you have to go only 2-3 floors. This can be good exercise if you are in a sitting job.
Avoid fast food and packaged food/drinks, these may be high in fat content and have preservatives which might not be so good for health.
Avoid fruit-juice, and eat full fruits. Drinking juice does not give the feeling of satisfaction which comes from eating. So you may feel hungry faster after taking juice, than eating fruits.
Avoid Tea / Coffee / Juice / Soda, sugar in all these may add up and be one of the causes of obesity. Drink water or chew something when feel the urge for the same.
